How to install the turret milling head?

The installation and disassembly of the turret milling head is quite easy. Just loosen the four milling head bolts connecting the milling head and the machine body, remove the original milling head, and install the new turret milling head. Install the upper body and tighten the four milling head bolts, then use the dial indicator to correct the 90∘ angle of the milling head.

First, loosen the adjustment bolts of the body slightly, set up the dial indicator at the center of the milling machine spindle, and the pointer touches the milling machine table.

Second, adjust the bolt control the left and right of the head slightly, let the dial indicator make a circle on the milling machine table. When measurement results are all the same, the calibration is finished.

Finally, the adjustment bolts of the body are tightened to complete the installation.
